The trail has large fields of flowers on the last half way. It takes time to get the top of the trail but it is not too hard since the difference in height is not huge. There are many good spots for taking photos but we could not stop for a while because there were tons of mosquitoes and they attacked us when we stopped walking. I got five bites only on my left side.
The gate is around the gondola station.

Here was flat area but no flowers and so many mosquitoes.
After passing a stream we finally could see the field of flowers.

We could see so many larches while hiking. I guess it is worth to come back here in the fall and hopefully no mosquitoes at that time.
